2, degreasing
In order to make the surface of the aluminum plate have certain affinity to the printing paint, the oil on the surface of the plate should be removed. Generally, the oil can be removed with a fine sawdust and then degreased with an organic solvent; the oil in the machining can be organic. The solvent or alkaline solution is chemically degreased.

3, polishing
There are scratches on the surface of the board. A layer of putty should be scraped first to make it smooth, and it can be mechanically polished, chemically polished or electrochemically polished according to customer requirements.

4, spray primer
Due to the poor combination of the aluminum alloy material with the topcoat and the printing ink, it is necessary to spray a layer of epoxy zinc yellow primer of about 0.01 mm before the aluminum alloy panel is sprayed.

5, spray finish
According to the customer's request, spray the corresponding color of amino paint or acrylic paint. For light color paints, especially white paints, the drying temperature and drying time should be strictly controlled, otherwise the white paint will be yellowish.

6, screen printing
The overall requirements for the printed signage panel are: accurate and clear image position, neat edge of the word line, and strong ink.
(1) Wire mesh. Select the mesh of different mesh according to the thickness of the font line. Commonly used screens are 250T, 300T, 350T, 420S polyester mesh. For wire diameters less than 1.5 mm, a monofilament yellow polyester mesh of greater than 350 mesh should be selected.
(2) Stretching angle. When the angle of the stretcher is 22.5', the ink area of ​​the word line can be made large, and the edge of the word line is neat.
(3) Scraper. The squeegee should be flat and the Shore hardness is 65'-70', ensuring line contact during printing. The squeegee of the printed signboard panel should be dedicated.
(4) Net distance. The screen tension is large, and the mesh distance is small, which is good for printing the pattern. When the screen tension is determined, the screen distance should be controlled at 2-3 mm.
(5) Ink printing. Imported Japan's Toyo SS series, IPI series, Seiko series, domestically produced Tianjin Xiangyang brand 2711-4 instrument ink, glass ink and so on. If you use Tianjin Tiannian brand 8-head gloss offset ink, you need to dry below 120 °C. The drying of the red panel paint is low temperature and short.

7. Spray varnish If the requirement is not high, it can be brushed with brush. The paint can be selected with H-type water-soluble acrylic paint or amino paint.

8. Packaging Labels are difficult to bump with each other because of the heavy weight of the plates. The old paper without graphics can be placed in the finished product to protect the surface.
